  • Administrative Support: Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, and maintaining files and records.
  • Operations Coordination: Collaborating with different departments or teams to ensure smooth operations, facilitating communication, and coordinating workflow.

  • Budget Monitoring: Assisting with budget tracking and monitoring, including expense management and financial record-keeping.
  • Expense Control: Responsible for controlling and optimizing expenses related to telecom services in the region. This involves monitoring costs, analyzing expenditure patterns, identifying areas of potential savings, and implementing cost-cutting measures while maintaining service quality.
  • Team Coordination: He or She may lead a team or work closely with other departments and stakeholders involved in telecom operations. Effective coordination, communication, and collaboration are essential to ensure smooth functioning and achieve operational objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management or a related field preferred
  • At least 3 to 5 years of familiarity with the telecommunications industry, including an understanding of its operations, services, technologies, and regulatory environment.
  • Ability to monitor, control, and optimize regional expenses, including vendor management, contract negotiation, cost analysis, and cost reduction strategies.
  • Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, meet deadlines, and coordinate with various stakeholders across different regions
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions. A proactive approach to resolving financial and operational challenges is essential.
