(3) Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
(4) Evaluate suppliers based on quality, reliability, and delivery timelines.
(5) Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
(6) Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
(7) Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers and products that meet quality and design standards.
(8) Resolve supplier performance issues and discrepancies in collaboration with the procurement team.

(1) Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
(2) Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist in the interior decoration industry or similar role.
(3) Strong knowledge of interior design materials, furnishings, and suppliers.
(4) Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
(5) Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

(6) Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
(7) Attention to detail and organizational skills.
(8) Preferred Qualifications:
