Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Provide and maintaining operational data and monitoring inventories.
  • Focus on data quality and ensure that the data entered onto ERP systems is accurate and consistent.
  • Follow up and communicate with relevant stakeholders regarding any problems in ERP system and actual inventory reconciliation process.
  • Make the daily and monthly reports of production operations and productivity to Plant Manager and relevant departments.
  • Check the reports sent from Production, remark any failure/error, and solve it effectively.
  • Assist in communication with government stakeholders related with factory permits/license.
  • Check and monitor recycle daily record accuracy.
  • Coordinate and support as a document controller for Audit process.
  • Handle production expenses to support Production, provide the information and report timely to direct Manager.
  • Check documents from the suppliers and other departments before submitting for the approval.
  • Track and keep the production related contracts of suppliers/contractors.
  • Support for cashflow forecasting.
  • Support and conduct in monthly spare parts inventory.
  • Support in monthly stock counting activity and conduct reconciliation process of inventory.
  • Other tasks assigned by direct Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Graduated in any Bachelor Degree of Science/Engineering or knowledge in manufacturing industry field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing industry.
  • Burmese and ability to communicate in English
