Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Maintain good relationship and work with Township/Region level authorities (Region level and township level DOA, GAD, MADB, MCD, MRD, MOLM Managers) all heads involved in contract farming
  • Check integrity of the data from Area In charges and FTs and follow up for important locations
  • Compile data from AICs in the region and report weekly
  • Conduct training for the AICs / FTs
  • Monitoring the farms in all the Region that have contract farming and demo plot
  • Forecast planting area and contract farming areas for next season
  • Communicate with the Procurement/Logistics/Harvest teams for supporting farmer and FTs / AICs
  • Witness in the contracting process (Direct contract to Company / NEC loan contracts – Region level contracts for NEC Loan)
  • Hire and Train new employees
  • Monitor FTs and AICs productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching

Job Requirements

-  Must be a graduate or Master degree in agriculture.
-  Must have minimum 5 year experiences in related field.
- Must be able to travel according to business needs.
- Must be able to use Computer Office Suit and Internet Email and have good presentation skills.

- Must be able to manage and lead the field technicians. 

- Ad-hoc assisgn by HOD.
