To conduct a calculation and evaluation of the quality of the work for building activities.

  • Reviewing construction plans and preparing numerical requirements.
  • Checking to build/maintain and maintain costs as well as the best agreements.
  • Contacting site managers, employee officials, and contractors.
  • Maintenance materials and construction materials can be supplied at the right price, at the right price, and on time.
  • Estimating and controlling the cost of installation and maintenance.
  • Preparing report documentation, analyzing, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other documents.
  • Advising those and contractors responsible for improvements and new strategies.
  • Checking building designs/Layout plans, monitoring budgets, and coordinating and presenting changes in updates

Job Requirements

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in engineering (BE- Civil Engineering).
  • Must have at least (5) years of relevant work experience.
  • Analysis and critical thinking skills must be strengthened in calculations and designs.
  • Must be familiar with design software, such as Autodesk, AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation, and especially Escart Software.
  • Construction projects must have good time management capabilities to meet project deadlines.
  • Must have obtained evidence and certificates related to the work.
  • He must be a good and coordinated person with all government departments/ departments.
