Now, CMHL is actively searching the professional candidates for business expansion management position. This role is open to whom has the engineering background to manage the retail infra including project planning, site development, stakeholder, budget, quality, risk and team management and to report to the General Manager. 

Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive project plans that include timelines, budgets, procurement plans, staffing requirements, and risk management strategies.
Work closely with real estate teams to identify and evaluate potential sites for expansion. Oversee the design and construction phases in small format, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.
Serve as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, local authorities, and internal teams. Ensure clear communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and making adjustments as necessary to meet financial objectives.
Oversee all aspects of the project execution in small format, ensuring that construction, fit-outs, and installations meet the required quality standards.
Identify potential risks to the project timeline or budget and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring high levels of performance and collaboration. Provide mentoring and development opportunities for team members.
Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, challenges, and outcomes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field.
• Computer literate (proficient in MS Word, Advanced Excel, Powerpoint)
• Proven experience in project management, specifically in retail or supermarket expansion projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Auto CAD, Asana).
• Knowledge of construction processes and regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
