Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • The quantity surveyors are responsible for controlling all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction, decoration and furniture projects, handle the costs of an overall project to ensure completed within its projected budget.
  • Prepare early cost estimate prior construction and decoration
  • Responsible for the coordination of relevant projects site engineers and relevant departments
  • Check the site condition to prepare the specification, bill of quantities and documents base on design and structural drawing for the Quotations.
  • Arrange the budget control and quality control of the work
  • Documents updated price from suppliers and issue the purchase order for the material to the procurement team on time

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in QS, Construction, or related field.
  • At least 5- 7 years of general construction estimating experience, financial experience, construction experience, or related field.
  • Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to analyze financial records and apply data to improved results.
  • Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports.
  • Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets; strong estimating and financial analysis skills.
  • In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry.
  • Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
  • Excellent English in written and verbal communication skill is a must.
