This position is for Mingalardon (Factory) position    

  1.  Collaborate with New Product Development Team member for formulation development.
  2. Enable to do design execution and experimental.
  3. Perform quality control and assurance process.
  4. Implement process optimization and scale-up process.
  5. Ensure to documentation control and reporting.

Job Requirements

  1. Master Degree in a Scientific Field. (e.g., Chemistry, IC, Biology, Physics, Pharmacy)
  2. Over 5 years in R & D Field. Previous experience in a laboratory or R & D environment preferred.
  3. Proficiency in experimental techniques.
  4. Familiarities with laboratory safety protocols and procedure.
  5. Experience with laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
  6. Knowledge of statistical analysis software is a plus.
  7. Can use Microsoft Office.
  8. Proficiency in English Language Skill.
