Job Summary

To assist R&D Manager and HOD at product development and to provide any required support. The person in this role will be involved in the product development process and will also serve as a liaison to ensure that product integrity remains intact.

Job Description

  • Responsible for supporting the research team in collecting studies and information to support research claims and evaluate data materials.
  • Assist and Support the research and development programs to meet organizational needs and to capitalize on potential new products.
  • Interview participants, conduct data and statistical analysis, and interpret survey results.
  • Support the shelf life extension test of existing raw materials and products.
  • Passion for food and insight into the global industry and food trends to deliver customer-driven market-leading innovation.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc/M.Sc Industrial Chemistry, Chemistry.
  • 3+ years’ of R&D experience in food or other related industry.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, presentation skills, interpersonal skills and relationship management
  • Expertise with MS Office software (Excel, Word, and Power Point)
  • Can go work at Yangon Mingalardon Industrial Zone/Factory
