An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of credit proposals for various consumer loans
  • Formulate and provide well-founded recommendations for final loan approval
  • Lead and oversee the proposal preparation and business development team
  • Ensure consistent loan application inflow through dealerships and direct channels
  • Prepare and present comprehensive weekly and monthly reports detailing the progress and status of the consumer banking business
  • Develop and submit proposals for new dealer and developer listings for senior management approval
  • Developing a business development strategy focused on financial achievement
  • Increase and optimize customer relationships by cross-selling other bank services
  • Develop new business and relationships by generating loans, and other banking services within the Bank's target market of customers
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service standards, assure that customer complaints are responded to in a timely manner

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Banking and Finance, and a degree in Economics and Finance
  • Over 11 years of professional experience in consumer banking
  • Expertise in financial analysis and credit risk assessment
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and other reporting tools
