Job Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, marketing plans, and promotional activities to drive growth and increase market share. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the electronics industry and a proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
• Lead and manage the sales and marketing team to meet and exceed targets.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
•  Plan and coordinate promotional activities, such as trade shows, conferences, and product launches.
•  Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and tactics.
•  Manage the sales pipeline and forecast future sales volumes.
•  Ensure brand consistency and enhance the company’s image in the market.
•  Collaborate with the product development team to provide market feedback and influence product features and improvements   

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager or in a similar senior role within the electronics industry.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and best practices.
•  Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, marketing automation tools, and other business software.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
•  Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
•  Willingness to travel as needed.
