Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Responsible for compilation of Financial Statements under MFRS/ IFRS (Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash flow).
  • Prepare Official Tax Return Submissions timely and tax reconciliation.
  • Manage team of Fixed Assets, AR and AP to ensure comply with the Bank’s Policy requirement.
  • Responsible for managing all finance controls and accounting processes, management of accurate and timely financial reports to Group CFO.
  • Manage the year end close process for financial reporting in accordance with the accounting standards and timeline.
  • Manages full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts monthly and yearly for the Holding Company
  • Participate financial modelling, business plan assessment and analysis on potential investment.
  • Develop accounting and management policies & procedures.
  • Oversee and monitoring the accuracy of accounting entries in ensuring with Accounting Standards. 
  • Support and coordinate with external auditor in order for annual audit process and review audited report.
  • Other ad hoc duties as prescribed by the Senior Finance Team to assist in achieving Finance Department objectives.
  • Lead and motivate team members in various stages of change management process and Manages the accounting team in day to day functional operations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Master's degree or professional certifications such as CPA or CMA may be preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in accounting and financial field  with a proven track record in a managerial position.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
  • Excellent management and supervisory skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
