Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Inspection on regular basic of all building M&E facilities at all BUs to ensure proper functionality at all sites
Prepare team duty assigns and weekly maintenance schedule to allocate the tasks on time
Oversee the M&E operation and make all team members are coached with building M&E instruction
Schedule AC servicing and make sure all Acs are maintained by in-house team with targeted schedule
Routine check and preventive plan of building plumbing system: pipelines are properly functional
Inspection on regular basic of distribution board, and sockets related with electrical appliances
Inspection on fire-fighting equipment of fire extinguishers, smoke detector, sprinklers, hose reels and ensure that all fire control panels are properly functioning
Performance check to generator and handle in generator operation (fuel using and maintenance servicing)
Assist in the supervision and evaluation of FM maintenance works performed by contractors

Job Requirements

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Additional Certificate for AC maintenance service
3 to 5 years experiences in Operation & Maintenance of Air con servicing, generator inspection, Distribution Boards, & electrical appliances, building plumbing system
Experience in team supervision or leadership roles
Communicable level in written and verbal communication in both Myanmar & English Languages with internal and external stakeholders
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Good communication & organizational skills, keen attention to detail and efficient problem-solving skills plus Multitasking ability
