Corporate Communications, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our corporate communication strategies, building corporate branding, and increasing brand awareness. You will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives, managing media relations, and ensuring consistent messaging across all communication channels. Reporting to the Corporate Communications Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, enhance our corporate reputation, and support key business initiatives. 

 

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Support the development and implementation of corporate communication strategies aligned with the company's objectives and brand identity.
  • Plan and execute quarterly corporate communications campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create engaging content for press releases, executive communications, presentations, and other corporate materials.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communication channels.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's website, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and brand guidelines, optimizing user experience to drive engagement and conversions, and aiming to increase user traffic.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency to implement website updates, enhancements, and new features, while also monitoring performance metrics and conducting regular usability testing to identify areas for improvement and ensure uptime of 90%.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholder groups to align communication efforts with the organization’s overall business objectives and priorities, ensuring messaging consistency and alignment.
  • Assist in managing media inquiries and coordinating interviews, media meetups and media press briefing events.
  • Responsible for the planning and execution of corporate events, press conferences, and sponsorships. Assist in coordinating logistics, managing invitations, and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of corporate communication initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Support crisis communication efforts by providing timely, accurate information to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring coordinated responses to crises to safeguard the company's reputation.
  • Manage and updates the corporate communications content calendar.
  • Share the weekly summary of promotions, activities, and awareness initiatives posted on Facebook to keep employees informed.

    Job Requirements

    • Any graduate and Bachelor’s degree/professional certificates in Communication, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, or related field, are preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related roles
    • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing corporate communication strategies that drive brand awareness and enhance corporate reputation.
    • Proven experience in content writing and management with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Ability to create engaging and relevant content across various platforms, along with knowledge of digital marketing strategies and analytics tools. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
    • Strong media relations skills, with experience pitching stories, managing press inquiries, and securing positive coverage.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital communication tools and social media platforms.
    • Experience with crisis communication and issues management is a plus.
    • Willingness to work outside of regular business hours and travel as needed to respond to crisis events or support business continuity efforts.
