Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  1. To lead Yangon Showroom team and be accountable for the performance of sales and customer service in both efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. To ensure all aspects of showroom including product display, space utilization, layout, appearance, ambiance, merchandising, cleanliness, etc are day to day well maintenance and improved all the time.
  3. To ensure the general conduct and discipline of the team member are constantly applied & administered.
  4. To guide, train, develop, motivate and encourage team in effective sales and communication strategies as well as excellent customer service (including the handling of social media).
  5. Conduct regular sales meeting.
  6. To assess the individual and team performance with measurable Key Performance Indicator (KPI) so that proper guidance and direction is timely provided and addressed. (KPI must be established & reviewed regularly other than mid-year & year-end appraisals).
  7. To review results and responses by analyzing the relevant data and information for reporting, strategy setting and tactical changes for improvement.
  8. To evaluate the local market trend, product trend and customer preference so as the industrial trend worldwide.
  9. To initiate, analyze and develop sales promotion activities, business plans and operational flow improvement which contribute to the company branding, sales performance and members growth.
  10. To prepare a budget, sales plan and members improvement plan to align company vision and values.
  11. Coordinate with other managers to ensure the smooth functioning of the showroom, company’s objectives and culture building.
  12. Other related roles & responsibilities as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Job experiences in managing a showroom with a sales team and passionate about serving customers
  • Minimum 4 years related experience in managing
  • Good command of English 4 skills 
  • Good skill of computer
