Assist Head of Student Service with planning the Orientation Program and all the other events in consultation with relevant departments
Increase student referral rate by building positive relationships with the existing students
Monitor student attendance in each lecture and maintain a proper record
Notify respective students who have not meet the expected attendance percentage
Ensure that all relevant due payments are paid, and attendance is satisfactory before allowing exam admission
Focuses on supporting students including administrative, program or social support
Reaching out to the student and offering follow up services to them as directed by the Manager Prepare the student contract and collect the first payment
Follow up the documentation and additional information with Sales team
Dealt with Finance team for payment matter and handover the student payment
Ensure the schedule and activities movies to show at the campus
Notify the upcoming activities and require information to student via Facebook
Coordinate with suppliers for gifts and promotion items of student
Maintain the part time lecturer attendance record and send this to HR monthly
Prepare the activities plan one month ahead and send it to line manager
Monitor the stock status of student items as T-shirt, Cup, etc.
Track the student service expense and send it to line manager monthly
Prepare the student feedback report related with Academic, Facilities, Activities and send it to line manager
Prepare the weekly task report and send to line manager and have one to one meeting
Maintain and monitor the student database
Consultation with student whenever necessary together with line manager
Communicate with student and lecturer for any changes in schedule
Prepare the student payment update and report to line manager monthly
Supervise the student in any external activities such as CSR, Industry Visit, Sports etc.
Communicate with engineering expert and request for seminar at Auston
Align with Academic team for schedule, seminar and exam date etc.
Communicate with IT for student and lecturer email request and additional IT requirement
Any other activities assigned by management from time to time
Prepare the weekly task and report to Head of Student Service weekly

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or other education in relevant field
Experience in working in education preferred
An independent self-starter with initiative and excellent time management skills with eyes for details
Able to work in a dynamic and culturally diverse environment with good interpersonal and communications skills (written and oral)
Skilled at planning, organizing and multi-tasking, understands the importance of deadlines and timelines
Self-driven and flexible approach to changing work tasks
Excellent team working skills
