  • Solar တပ်ဆင်ရေးပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ ခန့်မှန်းတွက်ချက်မှု ပြုလုပ်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Project များ ရှာဖွေနိုင်ပြီး သက်ဆိုင်ရာ  Site များအား လိုအပ်ပါက သွားရောက်ကြီးကြပ်ကွတ်ကဲနိုင်ရမည်။
  • Sales Target, Monthly Target များအား ပြည့်မှီအောင် ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • Solar Inverter များနှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ Installation အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Hybrid On/Off , Grid Inverter များအား ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Weekly Report, Monthly Report များအား သက်ဆိုင်ရာ အထက်လူကြီးထံသို့ တင်ပြနိုင်ရမည်။
  • ခရီးသွားလာနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။

  • တက္ကသိုလ်တစ်ခုခုမှ ဘွဲ့ရရှိပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။ B.E (EP) ဘွဲ့ရရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
  • အသက် ၂၈ နှစ် မှ ၃၅ နှစ်တွင်းရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • သက်ဆိုင်ရာလုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့ကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (၃) နှစ်ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Computer Word, Excel ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုတတ်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Email, Internet ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • အဖွဲ့အစည်းနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
