  • Preparation before goods received check to parking list
  • To prepare required record book, stock ledger, registration book and bin cards.
  • Storage Oversea and Project return stocks.
  • Goods can be divided into below categories at Warehouse.
  • Information Goods Receipt or Request for Receipt form below Sale Dept; and Show Room.
  •  Preparation before Issued check to “Work Order “.
  • Responsible for check ground stocks.      
  • To prepare storage layout plan based on available and required storage area.
  • Checking Security and Safety Measure.
  • Preparing Documents and Record
  • Updating and Reporting weekly stocks list respective Dept: send to mail.   
  • Cases of Damage and Used categorize.

Job Requirements

  • (1) year Experiences in related fields.
  • Must have good communication skills and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in English and MS office
  • Be enthusiastic to learn and adapt quickly in challenging working environment
  • Requires to have a good communication skills.
  • Ability to be flexible, adaptable and quick to learn new ideas, concepts and processes
