Handling in completing monthly payroll process that includes data inputs, checking, calculation accurately and timely Assisting in the recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, initial screening, arranging interview and onboarding to ensure the acquisition of top talent Managing and delivering the day to day of HR functions especially in manpower allocation, arranging relieving and labor staffs when required Collect employee’s personal information and update in staff information matrix on regular basis Communicate and liaise with the respective internal and external areas when required Handle and provide guidance on employees’ inquiries on HR related matters, including taking leaves, benefits and employment rules & regulations Provide administrative support to HR professionals and other departments Responsible for the exit interview process and analysis of exit interview results in order to support employee retention Perform HR related tasks assigned by the HR Manager
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the customer service team and respond promptly and efectively to customer inquiries via multiple channels like phone,email and social media and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and discussions including inquiries, resolutions and leads indentified - Gather customer feedback and relay it to the related team for continuous quality improvement - Collaborate closely with the internal teams to identify potential sales opportunities during customer interactions
