Looking forward for challenging and enriching role in the field of procurement and strengthen the overall organizational performance that drives towards profits • Support Operational Requirements • Manage the Procurement Process and the Supply Base Efficiently and Effectively • Develop strong relationships with other groups within the organization • Support organizational Goals and Objectives Forecast, plan, establish, maintain and review procurement and property control programs to ensure their consistency with all applicable regulations and established corporate policies, standards and procedures as the lead procurement representative at the project sites. • Interface with representatives of the Government, corporate leadership, project personnel, subcontractors and suppliers in matters pertaining to procurement. • Oversee compliance with established subcontractor and supplier sourcing and qualification processes and procedures. • Ensure achievement of Subcontracting Plan goals for utilization of diverse business enterprises. • Lead and/or support negotiations and commercial transactions involving complex, high value and high-risk purchases. • Establish performance reporting metrics for assigned area of responsibility and issues formal reports pertaining to procurement status and accomplishments. • Develop integrated purchasing strategies to support MGE’s goals and objectives • Run the procurement process including the supplier selection and award process • Analyze spend and other data to identify, negotiate and execute cost-savings, cost-avoidance, risk mitigation and portfolio optimization opportunities. • Lead and build relationships with suppliers with a focus on development of capabilities, pricing stability, and anticipation of supply disruptions. • Works in conjunction with scheduling, production demands and capacity constraints and reports status • Analyze and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure by coordinating with the Regional Procurement KPI’s to drive procurement excellence, including savings and benefits • Source, evaluate, negotiate and appoint service providers for both imports and exports Check if the vendors’ quotations are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project/item and prepare commercial comparison for user and management’s evaluation purpose • Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation • Guide the team to resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors • Supervise daily operational tasks of Associate and monitor on logistics invoices and payment status • Monitor and review information on the PO tracker, shipment tracker, and other purchase data reports and share with internal stakeholders • Assist in ISO Annual Performance Review for vendors • Coach team members as necessary • Report to Dy MD and Assistant Director as necessary • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Maintain a safe work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations & ensuring Hygiene & Cleanliness are maintained at the workplace. Ensure at the beginning of the Shift, get the information on the previous results, any outstanding issues & any upcoming events. And ensure the right information has been passed to the reliever. Read the specifications carefully & ensure the availability of the Gauges in the line. Ensure that the hourly sampling is being done for the Glass Bottles as per the set Quality Checks (Weight, Rub Test, etc.) & report non-conformances to the Product Selection Supervisor and at the same time communicate the same to the Hot End for the Rectifications & follow up till the defect is rectified. Ensure the right cavity no. is rejected in lehr/MNR for the non-conforming product. And also ensure the right cavity is being rejected while resorting an on-hold pallets. Liaise with the Product Selection Supervisor/or Shift Lead to determine the acceptability of products produced. Follow up with the CE Tech Team for defects set up which an inspection machine has the capability to reject. Time to time validate the bottles being rejected by the Inspection Machines and Sighters by performing the rejection analysis and update. Ensure the presence in line at all times and follow up on the break times as per the schedule provided. Follow the Company’s Rules and Regulations at the factory premises. Ensure the defect free product as per the customer specifications. Ensure the proper functioning of the process & inspection machines. In case of any abnormality inform to Cold End Tech Team person & re- check till machine performance is as per the requirement.. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and FSMS ISO 22000 standards for Quality and Food Safety Systems. Work Closely with other QA Lab/QA Line/CE Tech. and Hot End Operators & encourage teamwork to support the business needs. At the end of the shift, ensure proper communication is being done with the reliever. Ensure the right cavity is being rejected (Manual Sorting/MNR Rejection) for the resorted pallets & is recorded. Assume any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Conduct market research to generate new business leads, keeping informed of current market trends, price competitions, customer analysis, competitor analysis, and opportunity analysis in both domestic and global markets. Conduct Sales Analysis to generate a profitability analysis of each SKU and Service level analysis (satisfaction & compensation level) with the ultimate outcome to choose the most profitable product to pursue Marketing Increasing brand awareness by promoting the brand at social media platforms, trade shows, and major industry-related events. Develop and manage Marketing Plans and Budgets. Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns. Coordinate marketing plan with internal departments and outsourcing agencies Team Building Become a mentor to the sales team and nurture relationships with each associate in order to help them achieve their goals. Others Work with the Thai management team to set product development, technical development, and sales support. Work with the Myanmar management team to set revenue and sales goals; on the other side set a budget and purchase target. Manage and set team incentives and KPIs. Sending reports needed by the Company (Weekly & Monthly Update Reports, Sales Forecast Reports, and others as requested)

Carrying out all activities related to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) Any related tasks.
