  • Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
  • Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
  • Develop compensation and benefits plans
  • Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
  • Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers
  • Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
  • Review departmental budgets
  • Organize learning and development programs
  • Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner
  • Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
  • Oversee HRIS (SSHRM), and Insurance program (Local & Expats)
  • Review and oversee the monthly salary calculation for locals and Expats
  • Manage Expats’ affairs as needed
  • Monitor ISO Standard Quality operations in HR

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Any Graduate/ Dip in HR / MBA
  • ISO 9001 Awareness and knowledge of 5S system
  • At least 10 years of experience in the HR field/ at least 7 years of experience in the HR Management field
  • Experience as an ISO 9001 Internal Auditor.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
