Responsibilities:

  • Conducting market analysis, developing, implementing and evaluating Marketing Strategy, Marketing Action Plan
  • Implement yearly Budget Timeline with Marketing Team
  • Implement monthly newsletter via English language
  • In charge of all external marketing communications by implementing the SIS brand and value proposition; developing the school communications platform in relation to the academic schedule; in charge of advertising campaigns (TV, radio, newspapers, magazine, flyers campaign, billboards, banners, digital, posters, brochures, merchandising tools), school exhibitions and education fairs; publishing press releases for the school and events;
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders and media.
  • Prepare outlines, ideas and scripts for all content output.
  • Promote the school, maintain and develop relationships and agreements with third parties such as Companies, Schools, Business Partners, Learning Centres, Consuls, Associations and Embassies.
  • In charge of getting the Head Teacher and or BOD approval in relation to budgets, for marketing concerns such as reports, design for newspapers, magazines, radio, TV, events, exhibitions and promotions.
  • Develop the student acquisition process by developing leads, converting callers/e-mailer’s/walk-in parents to enrolment and reporting detailed student acquisition and retention data to the Head Teacher and Head of Operation and Marketing Manager on a weekly basis.
  • Develop and maintain excellent enrolment process.
  • Following up new prospective students by email and phone, carrying out school presentations and tours, executing placement test.
  • Updating marketing collaterals and database
  • Event organizing and generating of the ideas, organization and execution
  • Following up with new enrolments’ academic issues
  • Welcoming students at arrival and support to Admissions as needed
  • Manage the digital marketing drive: prepare weekly posts and content proofread by Head Teacher and Head of Operation, monitor the engagement and continuously create new and exciting content
  • Prepare merchandise, and all branded items
  • Purchase items for events and openings as needed
  • Bridge to the Indonesia team to provide everything team needs
  • Handling existing parents’ phone calls and addressing their needs
  • Involve and support in school development and school event
  • Involve in the action plan of every opening

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Any Graduate (or) Dipiloma / Certificate in Marketing (or) Higher
  • Age between 24 to 35
  • At least over 3year experience with Marketing field in school
  • Professional presentation skill & good knowledge in school specification
  • Strong communicate and written in the English Language
  • Good in Communication and Interpersonal Skill
  • Up to date of digital marketing tools must be needed
  • Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, marketing tools)
  • Able to work under pressure
