To deliver/teach the given BTEC specification so that learners can successfully provide evidence of the acquired knowledge and its application in a vocational setting
To assess learners fairly and accurately against the specified learning aims and assessment criteria, following the rules of internal assessment, to meet National Standards
To provide assessment records and learner work for Standards Verification, and undertake any action required to bring the assessment in line with national standards.
To create and agree the plan of assessment activities with timescales.
To ensure the assessment plan, assignments and assessment decisions are internally verified and appropriate action is taken by the team.
To design assessment activities which guide your learners to produce evidence that meets the targeted assessment criteria.
To provide the feedback to learners to meet the opportunities for improvement in assessment duration.
To secure record all assessment decisions for all learners.
To follow up any feedback from your internal verifier and standard verifier

Master Degree/Doctorate Degree in related filed (Electrical & Electronic / Electrical Power / Civil Engineering)
Teaching experience in HND curriculum
