-Bachelor’s degree in Education, Language Studies, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

-Teaching certification/license in the relevant subject area(s) or equivalent qualification.

-Proven experience teaching language subjects to lower secondary students, preferably up to the IGCSE level.

-Strong proficiency in the target language (Chinese or Myanmar) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Knowledge of language acquisition theories, curriculum frameworks, and assessment practices.

-Ability to differentiate instruction and accommodate diverse learning styles, abilities, and cultural backgrounds.
