  • Welcome new employees to the organization by conduction new enter process including orientation and conduct exit process for employees leaving the organization.
  • Assist day-to-say operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation in both physical file and HRIS database carried out in a confidential manner.
  • Maintain calendars of the HR Team.
  • Provide administrative support in meetings, interviews, knowledge sharing session, Training and HR related events.
  • Conduct attendance and leave administration and SSB process of HO and Branches.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by Job posting, CV reviewing and registering, interview invitation, supporting to interview panel.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by manager.

  • Bachelor degree in human resources or equivalent.
  • Experience in related field is a plus. Freshers are welcomed.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization.
  • Able to work as part of the team.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Conversation level in English.
  • Computer Literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
