Manage the recruitment and selection process. Onboarding process.
Maintain and up to date the employees’ data.
Calculate the payroll, tax, and SSB
Communicate with the relative government department (SSB, Labor office, Tax office and other related Department)
Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
Report and assist the HR Manager.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Any Graduate, Diploma in HRM, Management Certificate
Minimum (4) years experiences in HR field. (2 years in Supervisor Level)
Age between (25 ~ 30) years
Understanding of local labor law and Payroll process.
Can keep the confidential of personal and company safety.
Able to use MS office, HR Software System and E-mail.
Can travel short visit as needed. Can do OT as needed. Performs related duties as required.
