Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
Sourcing potential candidates through various channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Plan interview and selection procedures,
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
Lead employer branding initiatives whereas working with local and global vendors as needee
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Researching talent acquisition trends to improve the process

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

2-3 years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist or similar work experience
Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organization
Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
