Collaborating with multiple business departments and units to understand their unique requirements and challenges
Designing comprehensive process flows that streamline business process and maximize efficiency
Working closely with our IT and Digital Teams to assess technical feasibility and implement innovative solutions
Preparing detailed business requirement documents that outline project objectives, timelines, and deliverables
Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, and serving as a key player in driving project success
Identifying opportunities for automation and innovation across the organization and implementing strategies to capitalize on them
Providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress, milestones, and potential risks.
Conducting post-implementation reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of automation solutions and identify areas for improvement
Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in innovation and automation to continually enhance our processes and systems
Lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of automation initiatives
Collaborate with business leaders to prioritize projects based on strategic objectives
Drive cultural change by promoting a mindset of innovation and continuous improvement
Champion the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to drive business transformation
Act as a subject matter expert on automation tools and techniques, providing guidance and support to project teams
Foster a collaborative environment where ideas are encouraged, and creativity thrives
Develop and maintain progression reports to track project milestones, budgets, and resource allocations
Manage day-to-day project activities, including scheduling meetings, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress
Coordinate with external vendors and partners to procure necessary resources and services for project implementation
Utilize project management tools and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

Bachelor's degree in IT, Management Information System, Computer Science or related field
3+ years in project management
Experience in process automation or implementation of digital banking project will be advantaged
Possess strong communication skill, problem-solving skills and stakeholder management
Excel in team management, conflict resolution, innovation, creative thinking and trend awareness
