  1. Manage day to day performance of Talent Acquisition staff and ensure that recruitment and selection policies and guidelines are followed
  2. Ensure provision of Orientation Training to all new recruits
  3. Ensure that Onboarding Programme and or employee engagement programme are performed as planned
  4. Ensure that all recruitment process are on track and accomplished within the standard time frame
  5. Perform Exit interview within one week of the submission date of resignation letter
  6. Responsible for implementing annual Training programme as planned
  7. Perform Yearly Performance Evaluation Process & Report
  8. Perform Promotion Exam and Interview as and when required
  9. Perform performance management functions such as disciplinary action, grievance handling and training needs analysis based on performance results
  10. Ensure all training records are maintained and updated
  11. Plan and Track training budgets. monitor and report accordingly

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

1. Any University Graduate with HR Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or human resources management or equivalent.

2. Minimum (3) Years working experience in talent management.

3. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.

4. Experience in educating and coaching staff.

5. Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations

6. Good Understanding in Myanmar Labour Laws

7. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
