  1. Setup and monitor the Marketing Plan and Budget Plan.
  2. Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
  3. Developing the marketing strategy for the brand in line with brand objectives.
  4. Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
  5. Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
  6. Manage and develop and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
  7. Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
  8. Manage and initiate strategic partnership.
  9. Effective on Market research and Analysis monthly
  10. Planning and implementing promotional campaigns for New Launch and Seasonal Promotions.
  11. Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
  12. Co-ordinate the launch programme to external customers.
  13. Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational policies and procedures.
  14. Report all marketing activities to MD.
  15. Preparing social media and print marketing campaigns.
  16. Negotiate and approval the marketing, advertising, promotion and trade marketing.
  17. Establishes strong Customer Relation Management to maximize potential as Loyalty Program, user through different channels.
  18. Managing external agencies and ensuring marketing budgets are met.
  19. Oversee the magazine advertisements, direct mail packs, email campaigns, websites, social media and digital marketing, road shows and liaising with art designers

  1. Any Graduate and Sales and Marketing Diploma.
  2. 5 years of Retail MarketingExperience.
  3. Lead advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analyzing operating.
