Agents And Customer Engagement Assistance:
• Act as a point of contact for agents and customers, addressing inquiries and helping as needed.
• Support initiatives to enhance agent and customer engagement, including feedback collection and follow-up.
• Foster collaboration and communication between various business units to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
• Assist in cross-functional projects and initiatives as required.
• Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clarity and transparency in all interactions.
• Serve as a liaison between management, agents, and other relevant parties to facilitate smooth operations.
