  • Planning and implementing service sales strategies plan.
  • Well explain Logistics service to customer for transportation, barging service and port handling service.
  • Collaborating with   shipping companies, government agencies, and port authorities.
  • Negotiate with customer, contract and agreement.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the port, other cargo, as well as the loading and unloading of ships and containers.
  • Collaboration with shipping line to the ICD service.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with operation departments to maintain a streamlined process.
  • Develop and manage sales report, forecasts and budgets to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Negotiate contract with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreement.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of market trends, competitor activity and industry development to stay ahead of the competition.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in maritime industry with at least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Good knowledge of port rules and regulations.
  • Good negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using software and tools, and MS Office application
  • Strong ethics and integrity in dealing with suppliers and procurement processes.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously.
  • English/Myanmar.
