  • Develop sourcing strategies to establish profitable relationships with suppliers and forge business partnerships.
  •  Conclude order and delivery specifics, monitor and report key performance indicators to cut costs and enhance efficiency.
  •  Oversee transactional procurement needs and conduct commercial negotiations to secure favorable prices for Telecom network and O&M.
  • Implement risk management practices for supply contracts, ensure compliance, and devise long-term procurement plans.

  • Minimum 4 years of experiences in procurement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience (an MBA is preferred).
  • Background in Telecommunications.
  • Strong people and leadership skills.
  • Good communicate with English.
