  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's operational and financial objectives.
  • Determine and assess possible vendors and suppliers, then negotiate terms and conditions in contracts and agreements to secure advantageous terms.
  • Work together with internal stakeholders to comprehend their requirements and needs related to procurement.
  • Manage the procurement process from sourcing to delivery, ensuring timely and efficient procurement of goods and services.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to procurement.
  • evaluate potential suppliers and vendors
  • negotiating contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and conditions.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or similar role, with 4 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of contract negotiations, sourcing tactics, and procurement best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication tools (e.g., G Suite, Zoom).
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for building vendor relationships.
