Overview:The IGCSE / OSSD Program Coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing (IGCSE/OSSD) program, ensuring high academic standards, and supporting students to achieve distinctions. The role involves curriculum management, teacher supervision, student mentoring, and maintaining compliance with IGCSE guidelines.Key Responsibilities:• Ensure that the IGCSE curriculum is effectively implemented and aligned with international standards.• Provide leadership and support to teachers, facilitating professional development and curriculum planning.• Develop strategies and initiatives to support students in achieving high distinctions in their IGCSE examinations.

Job Specification:• Bachelor’s degree holder can apply.• Master’s degree in education, Educational Leadership, or a related field. A specialized understanding of the IGCSE/OSSD curriculum is essential.• Proven experience in an educational leadership role, preferably with direct experience managing an IGCSE/OSSD program.• Only those who can work in Sule, South Okkalapa Township and Mandalay.
