  • Manage and maintain all up-keeping activities of the site (Warehouse, Residential, Commercial)
  • Carry out full administrative, financial and maintenance functions
  • Identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients
  • Reviewing and maintaining rent and sale contracts
  • Lead and manage client relationship
  • Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices
  • Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes
  • Develop preventative maintenance policies, property policies and rules.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor Degree (more preferable Degree in marketing, business management or similar.)
  • At least 5 years of working experience in related field
  • Understanding of sales activities, marketing and knowledge on contracts and agreements
  • Excellent English language – both written and spoken
  • Good Team work and communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
