Must have knowledge in M&E design for both Mechanical & Electrical.- Able to prepare M&E BOQ, Estimate Budget, able to counter check sub-contractor'sBOQ- Must be proficient in AutoCAD 2D. Able to draw M&E design drawing, As-built drawing, single line diagram and schematic diagram.- Able to check design and installation of Mechanical and Electrical system.- Documentation and reporting.- Coordination with Consultants, Suppliers and Contractors.- Inviting the quotations from contractors and suppliers* Good interpersonal and technical communication skill is essential

BE (Mechanical / Electrical)- Must have experience minimum 5 years M&E Construction Field.- Must have experience in multi-story and steel structure buildings.
