Responsibilities
- Assist to AGM to get the required intended results.
- Monitor and review the processes control and products’ quality control.
- Well understanding in all Food Safety, GHP, HACCP, QA/QC process.
- Inspection of raw materials, in-process, finished goods stability and packing materials.
- Prepare and review of the SOP/Work Instruction.
- Monitor and review the product’s quality.
- Monitor and review the daily QC records.
- supervise qualification of instruments and equipment in QC lab.
- supervise the nonconforming processes and products.
