• We are looking for a friendly and energetic Sales Assistant to greet customers, answer anyqueries as they desire. Sales Assistant duties include selling, and is also responsible for customerrelationship management. To be successful as a sales assistant you must have excellent customerservice skills. A good sales assistant remains calm when dealing with difficult customers andelevates complaints to the senior sale and marketing executive where needed.

• Welcome and greet customers
• Answer customers & questions through mutual respect manner.
• Must Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Recommend and present our service that match customer needs
• Actively involved in the engage and follow up of all potential customers both new and existing customers
• Keep up to date with potential pipeline information to our database
• Ability to calculation effectively as school fees and persuasively to customers
• Support point-of-sale and mall exhibition, event etc.
• Assist develop of loyalty program/news and others to Senior Sale and Marketing executive
• Follow all companies’ policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales or other related fields.
• Proven 1 year working experience in Education (SCHOOL) sales
• Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent customer service skills
• Computer proficient, including Microsoft office and google tools
• Have good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
