လုပ္ေဆာင္ရမည့္တာ၀န္မ်ား

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Prepare and arrange for schedule, manpower, material lists for maintenance activities and lead the team to ensure smooth and timely execution of all maintenance activities.
  • Carry out quality inspections on site.
  • Understand and ensure compliance with safety, PTW, MS and RA
  • Monitor and control the maintenance costs.
  • Cooperate with project team for site survey, calculation of BQ, Project Testing & Commissioning and Troubleshooting.
  • Manage and schedule for gas suppression system installation, Project Testing & Commissioning and DLP process.
  • Deal & monitor with emergency on-call service, customer’s complaints and enquiry.
  • Prepare and keep the maintenance project’s data records (documentations, photos, etc.)
  • Other Ad-Hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor Degree in mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualifications in electrical / electronic / mechanical engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of solid experience in background of low voltage equipment, cabling & wiring and experience in installations, service and maintenance.
  • Proficient in computer skill (MS Office, Auto CAD, Revit).
  • Preferable driving skill and valid driving license and able to travel.
  • Good knowledge of common causes of fire protection system main function.
  • Good knowledge and understanding in gas suppression system and marketing procedure.
  • Fair in English 4-skills.
  • Have presentation skill, communication skill, leadership and management skills.
  • Have knowledge in quality management, safety management, operation management.
