A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Perform quantity surveying and drafting for Electrical, Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S), and Air-Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems.
  • Conduct design calculations, cost estimations, and prepare bill of quantities for M&E services in public and commercial projects.
  • Develop and collaborate on AutoCAD 2D Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) engineering drawings in accordance with specified standards and requirements.
  • Supervise and inspect subcontractors' work on-site to ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications, shop drawings, method statements, and local codes and regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain weekly work schedules and documentation.
  • Attend department meetings to review project progress, schedules, and material usage to date.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc projects as assigned.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience in M&E works.
  • Able to produce M&E Coordination Drawing using AutoCAD.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
