  • Managing and working closely with other Chefs of all levels.
  • Creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes ensuring variety and quality.
  • Determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering.
  • Ultimately responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines.
  • As Head Chef you will oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchens and be able to manage, lead, motivate and develop the team.
  • Ensure that all the equipment in the kitchen is clean before and after cooking.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in related industry and at least 3 years of experience in management level
  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
  • Business English will be an added advantaged.
  • Knowledge of the local fine dining and hospitality industries.
