Job Overview:The HR and Administration Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of human resources and administrative functions within the organization. This position requires a strategic approach to HR management and efficient coordination of administrative tasks to support the overall goals and objectives of the company.
Main Responsibility1. overseeing the HR and Admin function, ensuring the provision of advice and guidance on HR & Admin matters, including the development and review of relevant HR & Admin strategies, policies and procedures.2. Preparation, dissemination, verified and taking action the policy for the HR and Admin.3. Responsible adherence to internal policies & legal standards. 4. Responsible the end to end the process of the recruitment and selection5. Responsible the end to end the process of the C&B Process. (payroll, SSB, PIT etc. ...)6. Maintain and Prepared all P&P.7. Monitor and managing the M&E team.8. Monitor and managing the Transportation team. (Such as Maintenance and ways.9. Monitor and managing the uniform stock.

Job Requirements
Requirement1. Bachelor's degree in human resources or related (essential)2. Need over 3 years’ experience with HR Management role.3. Must have good knowledge in computer.4. Able to use (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)5. Must have good knowledge in Myanmar labour laws and SSB.6. Able to handle the daily HR administrative and HR duties of an organization7. Handle recruitment, payroll processing, and provide clerical support to all employees8. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills9. Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines10. Able to work under pressure11. Age over 30
