Able to prepare BOQ, Cost estimation and budget for projects. Able to prepare quotation and contract. Able to check drawings, quantities and contractors quotations and payments ensuring the accuracy of calculations. Able to prepare construction working schedule, site visit & report to Management team for the projects progress. Able to coordinate with consultants, suppliers, contractors and site operation team. Able to invite quotations from suppliers and contractors. Able to do any others duties related with Engineering assigned by department head.

Enter payment transactions, invoices, journal and receipt into the accounting system . Completing entries in the daily cash book.(Payment Voucher & Receipt Voucher) Assist to senior level. Manage daily cash transactions & oversee monthly, quarterly and annual closings. Prepare profit & loss statements, balance sheet and other financial reports. Facilitating bank deposits and withdrawals. Other job related duties that may be assigned from time to time. Report to Finance Department (daily loan report, daily report and monthly report) Monthly statements review.
