A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Search potential clients.
  • Dealing with queries on the phone and by email.
  • Dealing with email enquiries & Taking minutes.
  • Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities.
  • Data entry (sales figures, property listings etc.)
  • General office management such as ordering stationary.
  • Arranging both internal and external events.
  • Managing diaries, scheduling  meeting and booking rooms.
  • Typing Letter and reports & Updating records using database.
  • Liaising with staff in other departments, finance, HR.
  • Handing documentation and paperwork for government authorities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Strong English Language & Communication Skills
  • Excellent Computer Skills & Organizational Skills.
  • 2 years or more Experience in Admin Field.
  • Willing to learn and explore new areas.
  • Must be interested in sale.
