Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

Manage and maintain all up-keeping activities of the site (Warehouse, Residential, Commercial)
Carry out full administrative, financial and maintenance functions
Identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients
Reviewing and maintaining rent and sale contracts
Lead and manage client relationship
Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices
Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes
Develop preventative maintenance policies, property policies and rules.

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree (more preferable Degree in marketing, business management or similar.)
At least 5 years of working experience in related field
Understanding of sales activities, marketing and knowledge on contracts and agreements
Excellent English language – both written and spoken
Good Team work and communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
