Must be proficient in AutoCAD 2D. Able to draw construction drawings and As-built drawings. Must be proficient in Microsoft office & project. Able to prepare BOQ, Cost estimation and budget for projects. Able to prepare quotation and contract. Able to check drawings, quantities and contractors quotations and payments ensuring the accuracy of calculations. Able to prepare construction working schedule, site visit & report to Management team for the projects progress. Able to coordinate with consultants, suppliers, contractors and site operation team. Able to invite quotations from suppliers and contractors. Able to do any others duties related with Engineering assigned by department head.
Must have knowledge in M&E design for both Mechanical & Electrical. - Able to prepare M&E BOQ, Estimate Budget, able to counter check sub-contractor's BOQ - Must be proficient in AutoCAD 2D. Able to draw M&E design drawing, As-built drawing, single line diagram and schematic diagram. - Able to check design and installation of Mechanical and Electrical system. - Documentation and reporting. - Coordination with Consultants, Suppliers and Contractors. - Inviting the quotations from contractors and suppliers * Good interpersonal and technical communication skill is essential
Search potential clients. Dealing with queries on the phone and by email. Dealing with email enquiries & Taking minutes. Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities. Data entry (sales figures, property listings etc.) General office management such as ordering stationary. Arranging both internal and external events. Managing diaries, scheduling meeting and booking rooms. Typing Letter and reports & Updating records using database. Liaising with staff in other departments, finance, HR. Handing documentation and paperwork for government authorities.
Manage and maintain all up-keeping activities of the site (Warehouse, Residential, Commercial) Carry out full administrative, financial and maintenance functions Identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients Reviewing and maintaining rent and sale contracts Lead and manage client relationship Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes Develop preventative maintenance policies, property policies and rules.
Enter payment transactions, invoices, journal and receipt into the accounting system . Completing entries in the daily cash book.(Payment Voucher & Receipt Voucher) Assist to senior level. Manage daily cash transactions & oversee monthly, quarterly and annual closings. Prepare profit & loss statements, balance sheet and other financial reports. Facilitating bank deposits and withdrawals. Other job related duties that may be assigned from time to time. Report to Finance Department (daily loan report, daily report and monthly report) Monthly statements review.
