  • Maintain a safe and secure work environment.
  • Provides supplies by identifying needs for reception, switchboard, mailroom, and dining; establishing policies, procedures, and work schedules.
  • Provides communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment; approving invoices.
  • Purchases printed materials and forms by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approving invoices.
  • Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; analyzing variances.
  • Implement the organization's objectives, policies and programs and set standards and targets.
  • Manage the organization's utilization of resources, including personnel, technology and physical assets such as buildings, vehicles, equipment.
  • Allocate funds to implement policies and programs.
  • Reporting process work done and activities to GM / MD as weekly / monthly basis.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration Diploma in the related field
  • Minimum 8 years of proven success in working in the administrative function ideally in a management-level   position
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and administrative software.
  • Knowledge of financial control and budget management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Ability to implement and adhere to SOPs effectively
