Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Car Maintenance Budget & Cases:

    • Manage and oversee the budget for car maintenance.
    • Handle all car maintenance cases, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.

  • Foreigner Visa Processing:

    • Coordinate and process visa applications for foreign employees.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and timely submission of required documents.

  • Inventory Control:

    • Manage inventory for car spare parts and administrative supplies.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely replenishment.

  • Other Duties:

    • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Admin Manager.
    • Support the administrative team with various projects and daily operations as needed.

Job Requirements

  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing budgets and inventory.
  • Knowledge of visa processing and compliance requirements.
  • MS Office
  • Understand about Car Spare parts & Car Maintenance
