An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Monitoring the system performance, services in the cloud infrastructure to ensure the availability of the connectivity and services
  • Performing regular checks on systems, services in the infrastructure
  • Responding to alerts, problems associated with systems, services in the infrastructure
  • Tracking and documenting issues and compiling incident reports.
  • Records daily performance statistics
  • Daily, weekly and monthly reports to team leader, senior engineers
  • Co-ordinating with internal teams and customers for complaints, issues and so on.
  • Other duties as directed

Job Requirements

  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in computer science, information technology, electronics engineering or equivalent
  • Able to verbally speak English and writing in English
  • Able to work night shift, weekends and public holidays
  • Prefer for the ability to do basic troubleshooting on Network /Server
  • 0 - 1 years NOC Experience required in Telecommunication or Banking environment
